Simon spent more than 25 years in his family's food manufacturing business, which grew to over 140 staff. He sat on its management team for more than a decade, until the business was sold in 2023.

Software has always run alongside the food. An earlier web app of his reached more than 3,000 active users, he started Easy Food Labels, and he now leads the product and builds the Superfood platform. Through Superfood Consulting he also helps food manufacturers set up Unleashed.

Belinda has around 25 years in food: ten cooking in commercial kitchens, then fifteen in food manufacturing, working in product development and quality management.

She runs Food Labelling & Safety, a food technology practice that writes, manages and updates food safety and quality systems, including SQF and HACCP programs, and gets manufacturers ready for audit. At Superfood she shapes the food safety and labelling tools, so your checks, records and labels hold up when the auditor arrives.

Steph runs Productivity Database Solutions, designing the databases and workflows that small businesses run on day to day.

At Superfood she looks after the data and the systems that keep the platform running. She works directly with clients, listens to what they need next, and turns that feedback into the features we build.
